Refund Policy

To provide our customers with the highest quality services and experience, we have established a considerate refund policy. When you avail our services, you are considered to have agreed to this refund policy. We reserve the right to make any changes or revisions periodically. The changes/ revisions made will be notified to the users. Continued use of our services after the changes is considered as an acceptance of the changes made.
DiviFox does not provide any cancellation or refund for the work already completed. In case of a mutual agreement for project termination, the client will hold complete control of the work completed. However, any previous deposits or payments made by the clients will not be refunded.

 The clients are not entitled to any refund after they approve the mockup designs or plans and we move into the development phase. No partial refunds are made for projects in the midway of development or implementation.

DiviFox does not entertain any cancellation or refund requests for services offered by our marketing team on special events or occasions. They act as limited-time offers which cannot be canceled further.
To initiate cancellation or refund, wherever or if applicable, the clients can write to us within a specified time. Our team will determine the eligibility of cancellation or refund applicable or not. We do not initiate any refunds on the payments or deposits for the projects that lay dormant or abandoned for over 30 days.
For any miscellaneous charges arising before, during or after the project, we are not liable for the same. The clients have to bear any additional expenses. We reserve all the rights to make changes to this refund policy without prior notice to the users or clients. Therefore, you are advised to visit this page to stay updated with the changes.
